Solution
An increasing number of consultants and contractors are seeking support from our team during the development of their initial AEO application, as well as supporting applications for a variation to an existing AEO accreditation.
Typically, the process involves the following stages:
Stage 1
ARCH completes a gap analysis of the existing management systems against the AEO requirements and project scope. The outcome provides a clear path for developing the systems and processes required for an AEO application.
Stage 2
Production of AEO application submission documents is done working hand-in-hand with our clients’ resources to extract the most pertinent evidence from past projects. It also involves reviewing and evolving existing systems and or setting up new ones, including the development of specific procedures and templates.
Select documents are then integrated with existing management systems and focus on the practical application of AEO requirements during the procurement, construction, testing and commissioning stages of project delivery.
Stage 3
Provision of advice and support while engaging with ASA during the review and evaluation stage of the application, including reviewing and providing responses or additional information to closeout ASA comments and achieve AEO accreditation.
Support and Audits
We provide ongoing support, including training in the application of AEO requirements and completing internal AEO audits on behalf of clients before external audits are conducted by the ASA.
